KANSAS CITY, Kan. (Dec. 5, 2019) - The MIAA this afternoon came out with their Football Academic Awards for the 2019 season. Among the 11 teams there were 334 student-athletes who made the Academic Honor Roll, 20 who were MIAA Scholar Athletes and 10 who earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award.
For the Mules 35 made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. The standards for the Academic Honor Roll are a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale, and at least two semesters of attendance at the current institution.

In order to be named an MIAA Scholar-Athlete, students must have a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale, be named to the All-Conference team and have at least two terms of attendance at the current institution. Linebacker
