Cross Country: Ran in four races for the Mules including the MIAA Championships and NCAA Division II Central Regional … Took home second place honors in both meets to be named All-MIAA and All-Region … Ran a season-best 8K time of 24:44.59 at the MIAA Championships and covered the NCAA Regional 10K course in 31:23.40.

2012-13
Indoor Track: Won a pair of MIAA individual championships, taking first place in the 5K (14:42.10) and the 3K (8:28.82) … Participated in those same events at the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships coming in 13^th place in the 3K and 14^th in the 5K … His time of 8:19.95 in the 3K was a personal-best and the second fastest in school history.

2011-12
Cross Country: Earned All-American honors from the USTFCCCA ... Claimed the NCAA South Central Regional individual championship, finishing the 10K course in 30:33 ... Named the South Central Region Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA after his regional victory ...  Qualified individually for the NCAA Championships, where he placed 16th in the nation ... Won the MIAA individual title for the second time, while also leading the Mules to a team championship ... Claimed a victory in the UCM Mule Run, finishing in 20:06  ... Named MIAA Student-Athlete of the Week after winning the UCM Mule Run ... Placed third at the Minnesota Roy Griak Invitational. 

Indoor Track: NCAA Division II National Champion in the 5,000m Run ... Earned All-American honors in the Mile Run as well, finishing 5th (4:12.54) ... Won three MIAA titles, sweeping the distance races with victories in the Mile Run, 3,000m Run and 5,000m Run ... Won all four regular season races, with two victories in the Mile and one each in the 3,000m and 5,000m ... Holds the school record for the 5,000m, covering the distance in 14:02.97.

Outdoor Track: Earned All-American status in both the 5,000m and 10,000m Runs, placing seventh in each race ... Won the MIAA title in the 5,000m and 10,000m, while placing second in the 1,500m Run ... Placed second in the 5,000m at the prestigious Drake Relays ... Claimed victory at the Emporia State Relays (3,000m), Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic (1,500m), and the Mt. Sac Relays (10,000m).

2010-11

Cross Country: Won the MIAA individual crown, finishing with a time of 23:57 ... Placed second at the NCAA South Central Regional, leading the Mules to a regional title and berth in the NCAA Championships ... Earned All-South Central Region honors from the USTFCCCA ... Placed 46th at the NCAA Championships in a time of 31:50 on the 10K course ... Claimed a pair of regular season wins, at the Central Methodist Gary Stoner Invitational, and the Graceland (Iowa) Yellow Jacket Classic. 

Indoor Track: Earned All-American honors in the 5,000m Run, placing fourth at the NCAA Championships (14:47.63) ... Won a pair of MIAA championships, taking the victory in the 5,000m Run as well as the Mile Run ... Also earned All-MIAA status in the 3,000m Run ... Won the Mile at the UCM Mule Relays (4:16.95) ... Won the 3,000m at the UCM Classic (8:33.09).

Outdoor Track: Was named an All-American after placing fifth and sixth in the 10,000m and 5,000m Runs, respectively, at the NCAA Championships ... Won MIAA championships in both the 5,000m and 10,000m, while taking 2nd place in the 1,500m Run ... Won the 1,500m at the UCM Mule Relays.

2009-10
Cross Country: Earned a berth to the NCAA Championships, where he placed 22nd in the nation ... Finished third at the NCAA South Central Regional, with a time of 31:07 in the 10K race ... Placed second at the MIAA Championships (24:44) ... Won two races during the regular season, claiming victory at the UCM Mule Run and the SIU-Edwardsville Border Wars ... Earned a third-place result at the Nebraska Invitational ... Named the MIAA Freshman of the Year after his runner-up performance at the MIAA Championships ... Named to the NCAA All-South Central Region Team.

Outdoor Track: Named All-MIAA after his second place result in the 10,000m Run ... Placed fourth in the 5,000m Run at the MIAA Championships as well ... Won the 10,000m at the ESU Twilight Qualifier (30:50.49) ... Placed second in the 10,000m at the Kansas Relays, competing against a field of Division I talent.

2008-09
Indoor Track: Earned All-MIAA Honors in the 3,000m Run (8:35.39) ... Member of the Distance Medley Relay team that scored for the Mules at the MIAA Championships with a fourth-place finish ... Won the Mile Run at the UCM Classic (4:22.93).

Outdoor Track: Won his first career MIAA championship, winning the 10,000m Run (30:40.96) ... Also won the 10,000m at the UCM Relays.

Personal: Occupational Safety and Health major ... Son of Joseph and Margaret Sialo... Also enjoys playing handball and soccer.
